Radiology/Imaging Appropriateness Criteria
The American College of Radiology (ACR) has created a list of topics/symptoms/diagnoses with associated Appropriateness Criteria for ordering Imaging exams. The question of "with contrast, without contrast, or with/without contrast" has always been a confusing topic in the field of Radiology especially involving CT and MRI. Please reference the ACR Appropriateness Criteria Guide to learn more. You may also call any of our highly qualified, Fellowship Trained Radiologists at our locations.
