Health Insurance

We accept ALL major insurances, including Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Medicare. We also accept Medicaid, Worker's Comp, and many other commercial insurance carriers. We do NOT accept or deal with auto insurances stemming from auto accidents. If you have any questions about insurance providers, please call our office at (703) 726-1171.

Pre-Authorization Service

We are happy to assist you in obtaining pre-certifications and pre-authorizations for your patients' exams!

Please complete the following steps to support our staff in this process:

• Fill out our pre-certification authorization form entirely to ensure that we have all of the necessary information for the insurance company.

• Attach photo copies of the patient's insurance card(s)

• Include necessary clinical notes and a physician order

• Fax ALL information to (703) 726-1053. Please allow our staff a minimum of 48 hours before the patient's exam to obtain the pre-certification for the study.
